Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, and Ro Ma will refund your payment in full, provided that the returned item is not altered or damaged.

Items can also be exchanged, in which case the difference in price between the returned item and the newly purchased item will be paid by the customer or Ro Ma depending on item prices.

Items purchased are subject to our return and exchange policy until 7 days from date of purchase.
